As the Director of Business Operations for the Reality Labs Devices organization, you'll manage business operations, partnering with organizational leaders to help them grow, scale and run the business effectively. Your team will manage strategic organizational initiatives ranging from business operations and planning, to establishing objectives and key results, and driving process improvements that will enable the team to execute and innovate at speed. You'll work across Devices, which comprises Technology and Product Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Supply chain operations. You'll also work with partners in Finance, HR, Legal, and other cross-functional product teams in Reality Labs.BA/BS degree. 10+ years of experience in business operations, project management, product strategy, management consulting, financial management or related fields. Proven track-record of planning, organizing, and executing strategic projects that deliver results. Experience with analyzing and solving complex problems, providing business insights and recommendations derived from complex data sets. Experience with thinking strategically and executing methodically, navigating ambiguity, and adjusting to shifting priorities. Experience with building relationships and influencing members of the leadership team. Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion. Experience with developing and managing communications including business updates for internal and external engagements. Experience with recruiting and managing teams, including performance management and development of individual contributors. BS/MS degree in engineering. MBA. Experience in a consumer focused technology company. Experience with 0->1 programs, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
