Summary

TelevisaUnivision's Entertainment & Music team is seeking a strategic and solutions-driven Director with a strong background in sales and marketing, knowledgeable of cross-platform content and live event production and comfortable with talent management to provide support to the Sales organization in the areas of Content Monetization, Brand Integrations and Talent Endorsements. YOUR DAY-DAY: * Provide Sales with key information, sizzles and key dates for all current and upcoming programming across TU US Networks * Collaborate closely with internal teams on the franchise development process, including ideation, timelines, forecast and production budgets, branding, etc. * Collaborate closely with show production teams to identify monetizable brand opportunities that align with content and production capabilities * Attend meetings with sales and marketing to manage brand integrations and provide key updates for each of the TU shows leading up to or while on-air * Drive the ideation process in partnership with show production for brand integration concepts, including crafting supporting materials, navigating production approvals, advising on branding opportunities, and estimating costs and talent fees * Oversee the end-to-end execution of sold brand integrations - managing timelines, budgets, scripts, renders, graphics, creative treatments, rehearsals and client approvals alongside cross-functional teams * Attend client meetings along with Sales/Marketing teams to pitch concepts and provide show updates and guidance during the ideation and execution process * Develop and maintain all collateral materials for TU talent and collaborators * Provide sales and marketing with deal memos and estimates for campaigns that require talent participation * Oversee the execution of talent endorsement campaigns to ensure deliverables are fulfilled as contracted and align with brand expectations * Work closely with Business Affairs and Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of contracts and payments for talent endorsement deals YOU HAVE: * 7+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or media-related role, preferably within the entertainment, talent agency, television, or live events industry * Familiarity with talent management and experience handling endorsements and related negotiations * Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, creative, digital/social, sales, marketing, and business affairs * Extremely detail oriented with an ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high volume, high pressure, fast-paced environment * Creative with a proactive attitude and the ability to think on their feet * Experience with client servicing and managing both content and sales requests * Must have strong leadership and negotiation skills and at times work independently with a proactive approach taking ownership of projects from beginning to end * Comfortable managing MS Office, specifically PowerPoint * Fully Bilingual English and Spanish TelevisaUnivision believes that happy, well-balanced employees are key to a thriving culture.
