Summary

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an exceptionally skilled and strategic Head of Brand to join our rapidly expanding fintech organisation. As a Head of Brand, you will be responsible for developing and driving brand awareness to achieve strategic priorities, pipeline targets, and revenue targets. will be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of formulating and executing our brand strategy, ensuring seamless and coherent messaging and positioning across all channels, and fostering profound brand awareness and unwavering customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Devise and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values. Define and communicate the brand's distinctive positioning, personality, and core messages to resonate with the target audience. Establish and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials, to maintain our brand identity. Oversee the conceptualisation, development, and execution of innovative brand campaigns that engage our audience. Collaborate with internal teams (including marketing, design, product, etc.) to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and industry trends. Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to recommend and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality brand assets and campaigns. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the brand's voice and visual identity internally and externally. Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide the team towards achieving brand goals. Showcase outstanding project management and organisational skills, ensuring smooth execution of brand initiatives. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively convey brand messaging and engage with stakeholders. Oversee marketing functions such as social media, branding, strategy, and operations to drive integrated strategies aligned with business goals. Develop a unique events strategy, including hosted and sponsored events, to support business development growth. Drive brand awareness through cohesive event campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create globally integrated campaigns, including paid search, social media, content syndication, events, and email campaigns. Display profound comprehension and skills in brand management, including strategy, positioning, and messaging. Demonstrate creative and strategic thinking abilities to envision and implement groundbreaking brand campaigns. Exhibit proficiency in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and trends. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to brand communications and marketing activities. Promote a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and approaches to branding. Qualifications: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven work experience with 10+ years in managing brand strategies or similar roles, ideally in the Fintech/Financial sector. Demonstrated success in implementing global marketing campaigns. Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners. Strong track record in marketing communications, lead generation, and PR. Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills to evaluate internal or external trends and create appropriate solutions. Proven expertise in digital marketing (e.g. analytics, social media, creative design etc.) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. International marketing experience is a plus.
