Role Description

This is a full-time direct support professional role located on-site in San Diego, CA at Civitas SLS, LLC. Daily tasks include providing personalized support, training in life skills, facilitating social recreational activities, and offering job coaching to help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve their goals and lead more independent lives.

• Human Services and Training skills
• Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
