ETTA (non-profit / Human Services) is seeking a Job Coach / Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a young man with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in our Employment Services - Community Integration Department Location: North Hills (San Fernando Valley) Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (30 hours per week) Experience: Must have professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs. Description: Seeking friendly, personable, positive and patient staff who can be a motivator and a mentor. Support client both at place of employment, as well as outside of work for support with health and nutrition, exercise, budgeting, etc. Qualifications: 21+ years of age A valid driver's license (for a minimum of three years), clean driving record, and proof of vehicle insurance coverage Willingness to drive with our client using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement) Good verbal and written communication skills Paid Training Provided (weekdays / daytime hours) About ETTA ETTA is a respected non-profit agency serving the Jewish community in the Los Angeles area.
