Job Description
Community based work in the White Bear Lake Area. Daytime, weekday hours. Regular schedule, 20-30 hours per week. Additional hours up to full time (36-40) may be available. Help an active, friendly individual with autism and developmental disabilities stay connected in the community and maintain his current employment, a paper route. We improve lives through personalized education, community involvement and paid work programs. As part of our team, you will assist an individual one-on-one with learning, volunteering and work options, physical activity, and communication, social, and behavioral skills. Other Twin Cities Metro positions also available.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and positive individuals
- Commitment to helping those we serve achieve their dreams
- Good driving record
- Pass a BCA background check
- Reliable vehicle and cell phone
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience a plus but not necessary. Paid initial training and yearly training.
Hours:
Monday-Friday. 20-30 hours/week.
