This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Support Professional, located in Charlotte, NC. The Direct Support Professional will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to individuals with autism, including assisting with daily activities, implementing individualized service plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Additional duties include documentation of client progress, participation in team meetings, and maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Experience in providing direct support or care to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow individualized service plans and implement support strategies
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus
• Caring and patient demeanor with a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with autism
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
