Pay: $14.67 per hour

Location: Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prairie, MN

How You'll Contribute

• Responsible for the health, personal cares, safety, and general welfare of all participants
• Lead activities as assigned by leadership
• Report any changes in participant condition
• Ensure individual’s belongings are properly checked in and the correct items are sent home
• Complete all documentation requirements
• Maintain cleanliness of the property utilized by participants and staff
• Participate in training and development
• Attend and participates in meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

What You'll Bring To The Table

• Are 16-18 years old
• Strong communication skills
• Able to handle physical aggression and challenging behaviors
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on safety
• A team player and able to follow instructions
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Must be able to pass an organizational background study
