Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dining Services Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations. This role involves leading a team of dining staff to ensure high-quality service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and creating memorable dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities For Dining Services Manager

• Dining Operations: Oversee meal service to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and adherence to quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage dining staff, ensuring adherence to service protocols and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Resident Engagement: Build relationships with residents to understand their dining preferences and address feedback promptly.
• Event Planning: Coordinate special dining events, theme nights, and celebrations to elevate the resident experience.
• Health & Safety: Ensure a clean and safe dining environment, maintaining compliance with all health regulations.
