Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Resources and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to execute projects effectively, ensuring alignment across all parties.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure projects are delivered on-time and meet the high-quality standards expected at Publicis Groupe.
  • Scope and Objectives Development: Define clear project scopes and objectives by engaging all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and technical feasibility.
  • Resource Management: Guarantee that resources are available and optimally allocated for successful project execution.
  • Detailed Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress, facilitating transparency and accountability.
  • Change Management: Utilize appropriate verification techniques to effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate project performance using best-in-class systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Senior Management and Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Central Communication Contact: Act as the primary communication hub for all project-related information, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and address project risks proactively to minimize potential impacts.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough and precise project documentation for future reference and compliance.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, ideally within the marketing agency or fintech/tech sectors.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software; experience with industry-specific tools is advantageous.
  • Background Knowledge: A solid technical or product background is a plus, enhancing the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Attributes: Open-minded, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for driving successful project outcomes.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues early on and develop solutions independently and actively align with senior management.
