Job Description

Wholesale flatbed printer seeking a talented, hard-working, motivated individual to operate our Agfa digital UV flatbed printers and Colex digital cutter along with other duties as needed. The position is full-time and is not remote. Basic computer knowledge is a must and graphic design background is a plus, but willing to train the right person. Attention to detail, ability to work and communicate well with others is a required.

You will serve the important role of producing a variety of printed product solutions for our customers. We’re not looking for a button-pusher. If you’ve got a keen eye, understand the importance of fine detail and enjoy thinking on your feet, this may be the position for you. Technical ability and knowledge of Onyx RipCenter and FlexiSign is a plus. Must be capable of lifting material up to 50 pounds.

• Review client provided art files and produce production ready art files as well as manage workflow.
• Keep daily production on schedule for end of day loading on our delivery vehicles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of basic math
• Good organizational skills
• Good problem-solving skills and troubleshooting
• Ability to multitask and help in the shop where needed
• Knowledge of graphic file formats and production of computer graphics for CMYK color matching, spot color workflow helpful
• Basic computer skills and file handling required
• Must be able to take direction
