About The Job

The Digital Workplace encompasses a range of tools and capabilities designed to enhance productivity and collaboration. This includes the Microsoft 365 suite (Office, Teams, Email), videoconferencing tools (Zoom, Teams), and space booking systems (Logitech). It also covers devices and mobility solutions (Windows, Mac, mobile devices, Intune), digital signage, IP-TV, telephony (VoIP, Teams), secure printing and scanning services, and an application store for end-user software. Additionally, it includes ideation tools (Miro, BrightIdea, Klaxoon) and robotic process automation (Automation Anywhere).

As a Digital Workplace Architect, you'll be the technical expert overseeing our digital workplace tools and capabilities. Reporting to the Digital Workplace Lead, you'll design and manage solutions for productivity, collaboration, videoconferencing, devices, telephony, and more. Your goal is to build a strategy for full autonomy and enhance our digital landscape. As the team and capabilities grow, you’ll progressively become a product owner for one or more of these Digital Workplace products, depending on Opella´s roadmap.

Main Responsibilities

Product inventory & lifecycle

  • Maintain an inventory of end-user devices and digital workplace tools.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for tools like M365, Zoom, and devices.
  • Design fit-for-purpose digital workplace solutions and processes.

Budget & Cost Management

  • Contribute to budgeting for product management and ensure value maximization.

User Experience & Training

  • Propose and deliver training to maximize product usage.
  • Measure and promote product adoption.

Operations & Reliability

  • Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
  • Manage product roadmaps to ensure reliability and fit-for-purpose capabilities.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Provide necessary documentation for audits.

Project Delivery

  • Oversee and deliver projects related to the digital workplace.
  • Contribute to CHC real estate projects to bring Digital Workplace design & delivery of solutions.

About You

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with experience in international context across global organizations.
  • Experience with key digital workplace products (M365, Zoom, devices).
  • Knowledge of DevOps and automation tools.

Soft Skills

  • Experience in global virtual teams and matrix environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Curious, open-minded, and « out of the box » thinking.
  • Fluent in English.
