Overview
We are seeking a bright and dedicated intern looking to experience and learn about the wonderful world of advertising, particularly in creating end-to-end digital experiences for brands to connect better with their customers.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience on live work for key clients of the Groupe, and get the opportunity to collaborate with multiple cross-function teams in the agency.
Responsibilities
This role is for you if you:
- Want to be a Digital / CRM Strategist - creating content / social / CRM / digital strategy for a variety of clients with a data-driven / research approach
- Can work independently but are also open to working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Are comfortable sharing your point of view in discussions, not afraid of being creative in your ideas / strategies, but always still grounding your ideas in the data you found
- Are a critical thinker who loves to solve problems
- Are excited to get involved in pitches

- Curious / Inquisitive - a natural tendency to be curious; analytical and can look beyond the surface & data as it is, and trying your their best to dig deep to find the actionable insights that will be useful for the brief / brand
- Strategic - able to distinguish between an observation and an insight, able to spot trends and connect the dots in the data to find opportunities for brands to be relevant & solve their business challenges
- Resourceful - has the initiative to utilize multiple sources & ideate other ways of gathering data
- Flexible and Agile - be able to adapt to swift changes in advertising’s fast-paced working environment
- Attention to Detail - meticulous and detail-oriented, especially in dealing with multiple sources of data
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in marketing, business or relevant discipline
- Positive attitude, driven and willing to learn
- Keen interest in strategy, research, analytics and reporting work
- Knowledge in research such as desk, GWI and social listening tools would be a plus
