Job Description

The Senior Officer for Digital, Content and Emerging Platforms handles accounts / clients of the company, manages development and execution of Digital Marketing / Social Media / Digital PR campaigns and builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders like influencers, online communities, experts, and other providers.

  • Digital Analytics and Measurement
  • Social Media Listening
  • Performance Marketing Management
  • Influencer Marketing Management


Qualifications

  • Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication Arts, Journalism, Marketing, or any equivalent course
  • Must have at least three (3) to six (6) years of agency experience in Digital, Social, Content and Integrated Communications
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a network of influencers, content creators and digital suppliers
  • Must have out-of-the-box ideas
  • Willing to work in the field
  • Willing to work with grace under pressure
  • Has leadership and growth mindset and enjoys responsibility
  • Has professionalism, mature attitude, good character and work ethics, and integrity
  • Has project ownership, drive for excellence, and grit
  • Must be responsible, proactive, and people oriented
  • Must have good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Must be optimistic but analytical and resourceful
  • Must be a role model and able reflect the company’s culture and brand, team oriented, and fun to be around
  • Must be able to co-mentor a team and at the same time be open to constant learning, improvement and growth
  • Must be serious and professional in their application
