IT & Technology Partners to Optimise System Efficiency

  • Key KPIs are – comprising of all digital channels – with a heavier focus on o Overall Sales & Traffic Growth o Home Delivery Sales & Traffic Growth o Total Digital Sales & Membership Sales o New Active Members Acquired o Member MAU, Member Frequency, Member Average Check o Retention & Lapsed Users Rate o Digital Platform Average Check Growth o Digital Platform Conversion Rates o Digital Platform User Experience Scores Basic Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • At least 5 years of experience in Digital Sales & Marketing (with a focus on CRM & Targeted /Personalised Marketing) Field
  • Experienced in Dealing w Digital Vendors & Partners
  • Experienced in Utilisation of Digital Media Advertising
  • Strong Technical Understanding in IT solutions
  • Data Driven Problem Solving
  • Big Data & Statistical Analytics
  • Lead a Team of more than 10 talents for more than 2 years.
  • Able to Thrive in a High Stress Environment
  • Passionate, Enthusiastic & Hardworking
