For one of our trusted clients—a global provider of customer experience technology and outsourced business services for leading international brands—we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Retail Specialist with German and English to join their team in Lisbon.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver top-notch support by handling inquiries from customers, sellers, and content creators
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining marketplace integrity and trust
• Collaborate across departments to address escalations and enhance user satisfaction
• Spot recurring problems and proactively suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
• Build strong relationships with sellers, supporting their success on the platform
• Follow company procedures and contribute to special projects when needed

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex challenges
• Collaborative team player who thrives in multicultural, fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset for optimizing processes
• Adaptability to work in a constantly evolving digital setting
