We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner for one of our key clients based in Wroclaw / Poland. Role requires hybrid working in Wroclaw!

Job details:

• Position: Digital Product Owner (DPO) for Ingestion Platform
• Location: Wroclaw, Polandq
• Work Arrangement: Minimum 2 days onsite preferred; full remote possible but not preferred
• Travel: No travel expected
• Role Mission: Central player in client's data transformation journey, managing ingestion technologies and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Ingestion Platforms, including technology selection and vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories and requirements.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog based on business value and user needs.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for Ingestion Platform capabilities.
• Work closely with ingestion specialists to ensure performance and reliability.
• Define and control ingestion, replication, and streaming technologies.

Required Profile:

• Servant leader with a willingness to drive technical topics.
• Familiar with agile cultures and methodologies.
• Strong communicator who listens and shares information.
• Focused on continuous improvement and collaboration across Volvo Group.

Required Competencies:

• Experience in Data Integration/Ingestion projects.
• Ability to contribute to the ingestion platforms roadmap.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a global context.
• Proactive in continuous improvements and skilled in driving IT deliveries.
• Familiar with Azure and modern ingestion technologies (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Factory).

Must-Have Skills:

• Product Owner experience.
• Data Integration/Ingestion experience.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and Modern Data Platform on Azure.
• Fluent in Englishs
