Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of our mobile apps and OTT platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong Agile background, experience working within squads and sprints, and a deep understanding of digital products and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute product roadmaps for our mobile apps and OTT platforms.
  • Agile Execution: Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Feature Development: Define, prioritize, and deliver new features that enhance user engagement and ensure a best-in-class experience across all digital platforms.
  • User-Centric Design: Work closely with design teams to ensure all products are built with a focus on user experience, optimizing usability and satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about trends in mobile and OTT experiences, competitor analysis, and user behavior insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Metrics and KPIs: Define and track product performance metrics to guide product decisions and ensure a data-driven approach to enhancing the customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and customer support, to align product goals and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product goals, timelines, and progress with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all teams.
  • Subscription Management Oversight: Oversee all aspects of subscription management, including pricing strategies, partnership & bundle, customer retention initiatives, to enhance the overall user experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Agile Experience: Proven experience working in Agile environments, including experience with squads and sprints. Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile apps and OTT platforms, including the latest trends and technologies in digital streaming.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to work with development teams to understand technical constraints, provide requirements, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with analytics tools to track and report on product performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase).
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindset to drive iterative improvements.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate product vision and ensure alignment across all teams.
  • Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, specifically in mobile apps, OTT environments or E-Commerce.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
  • OTT Knowledge: Experience specifically within the OTT space and familiarity with various streaming platforms and devices.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Experience working with data science and research teams to integrate customer insights into the product development cycle.
