Summary

Job Responsibility:



  • Campaign and Operation Management
  • Support team’s strategic operations for digital services such as top-up and bill payment.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including marketing campaign setup, execution, and monitoring as well as weekly/monthly performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose new campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, IT, and customer service teams to develop both technical and business solutions for specific partners.
  • Analytic and Data Monitoring
  • Conduct market research to collect qualitative and quantitative data to generate impactful business insights to drive growth and profitability.
  • Monitor data and conduct data analysis to support the business strategy.
  • Daily operations
  • Be responsible for daily tasks, including resolving CS cases and financial reconciliations, to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Work Experience Requirement:



    • Bachelor's or above in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics) or 1-3 years of work experience
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a cross-functional environment
    • Marketing experience and data analysis are a plus


    Work Skills Requirement:



    • Excellent English communication skills, enabling effective cross-team collaboration and issue resolution
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
