Job Summary:

Are you looking for a great opportunity with an established company and have a desire to learn and grow? Thomco is seeking a full-time Digital Press Operator to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Suwanee, GA. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of the company in a highly collaborative team environment. This position is for the day shift working Monday to Friday. Eligible for a sign on bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for many different pieces of equipment in the custom converting operation.
• The Digital Machine Operator will work on digital printing and cutting equipment.
• The digital equipment includes Roland wide format inkjet printers, Zund flatbed cutters, Coherent flatbed laser cutter, Konica Minolta label press, ABG semi-rotary die-cutter, Flow waterjet cutter, and other equipment to support these machines.
• Will be held accountable for a high level of product quality and productivity.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Digital press operator experience
• Must be able to read a ruler and other measuring equipment to determine product conformance
• Must be a self starter
• Ability to work independently on pieces of converting equipment
• Good mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to focus on high level of quality and continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must pass drug screen and background check
