Job Experience Required
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Marketing.
- Platform Expertise: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and additional platforms (Amazon,
Microsoft Advertising) are a plus.
- Targeting & Optimization: In-depth knowledge of targeting options across platforms and
the ability to optimize campaigns to maximize results.
- Budget Management: Experience managing media spend and preventing overspending on
media plans.
- Analytics & Tracking: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track paid
campaign effectiveness.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel
functions.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to
interact with clients and note down MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Listening Skills: Attentive listening and excellent note-taking abilities.
Job Description
As a Digital Media Performance Operations Executive at Tidal7, you will be responsible for
executing, optimizing, and managing paid digital media campaigns across platforms like
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X. You’ll work with a dynamic team to grow digital advertising
efforts through strategic paid media campaigns, ensuring efficiency and a high return on
investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Set up and manage digital media campaigns across multiple
platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X).
- Optimization: Continuously optimize bids, targeting, and creatives to achieve KPIs like CTR,
conversions, and ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, provide
actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Ensure optimal spending and media pacing across channels, avoiding
overspending.
- Ad Operations: Oversee the implementation of ad tags and ensure quality control across
platforms.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with creative teams to ensure alignment and
coordination of campaign objectives.
- Stay Updated: Keep pace with the latest trends and algorithm updates, continually refining
strategies for enhanced performance.
Location: Mumbai, Vikhroli - Kailash Business Park (On-site)
Compensation: ₹3 Lacs to ₹4.2 Lacs per annum (₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month)
