Job Description
U.S. Bank is hiring a Product Manager to build the roadmap for continuing to digitize client onboarding. This role involves identifying unmet customer needs, surfacing insights, and laying groundwork to deliver on product strategy. You will work closely with business line stakeholders, UX, research, risk, and technology partners to shape ideas into revenue-driving deliverables.
About the team:
Our digital transformation team is part of the Product team within Corporate Payment Systems (CPS). We focus on enhancing business client experiences through digital DIY capabilities and seamless integration. In this role you will:
Discover & Define
* Drive research sprints, discovery workshops, and stakeholder interviews to scope and define features that help small business thrive in a digital world
* Use customer feedback, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to identify problems worth solving
* Create and maintain a consistent set of product artifacts that brings clarity to ambiguous problem spaces (e.g., journey maps, opportunity maps, problem statements, backlog management)
* Inform the strategic roadmap to deliver a top-tier digital application for the business users
Collaborate & Align
* Align stakeholders across lines of business and functions
* Lead planning for both discovery and delivery cycles, ensure teams stay on track, and help prioritize what's next
* Partner with product managers, researchers, and designers to define discovery goals and scope
* Work with cross-functional teams to frequently deliver proof-of-value features into the hands of our clients
Lead
* Build shared understanding across teams to support product strategy and CapEx decisions
* Influence backlog, roadmaps and resource planning with evidence-based insights
* Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and breaks down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery
* Lead product delivery across product teams including agile, design, engineering, risk, and technology leadership
What You bring - the successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Knowledge of Corporate Payment client needs and experience in banking, fintech, or business software
* Product management experience
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills-able to bring order to ambiguity
* Experience building digital products in an Agile environment
* A strategic mindset with the ability to connect dots across business, tech, and customer needs.
Basic Qualifications
* Product Management experience
* A general understanding of the Payments Industry
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Understand the connections between parts of the product model that impact performance; Plan and design solutions that use resources effectively to achieve business goals through key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusable principles.
* Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
* Predict changes in market priorities and customer needs, both internal and external, while consistently providing value.
* Maintain a strong focus on the customer to create strategies that ensure positive experiences with the organization's products and services at all touchpoints.
* Be familiar with Agile methodologies, including processes, tools, and techniques for assessing and managing risk; apply risk management knowledge appropriately in various scenarios.
Hybrid/flexible schedule
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
