What are we looking for?

Milestone is looking for an experienced, results-driven executive to be a part of our Digital Media Operations. The ideal candidate will be part of the Paid Media team for all our clients and will work closely with content, design, programming, analytics, CRO and products teams.

Objectives And Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, optimize, and analyze campaigns within Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing/ Microsoft Ads), Display (GDN, Programmatic is a plus), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram), Meta Search (is a plus) and additional media platforms.
  • Monitor online campaigns regularly and make recommendations to improve key performance metrics and drive revenue according to account goals.
  • Create and follow through with projects and initiatives that will benefit clients, including process development and new media tactic testing.
  • Communicate with Customer Success Managers on a regular basis to review campaign performance and suggest additional online marketing strategies and testing opportunities to improve conversion rates and efficiency metric.
  • Keep current on the latest trends in the paid search, display, ad technology, and social media marketing channels and across the hospitality marketing industry.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to review Paid Media results and discuss recommendations and strategies.

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of strong and proven experience in paid media marketing.
  • Prior experience in handing large client’s campaigns.
  • Experience in Excel, reporting, tracking, dashboarding, and data analysis.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns (paid search, paid social, display and good to know - metasearch, programmatic).
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Analytics 360 & Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to align marketing channels to client goals & outcomes.
  • Financial acumen on budget planning, pacing, and channel distribution.
  • Assist in team digital media training.

  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask on multiple accounts, manage projects by taking end-to-end responsibility.
  • Fast-learner with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Working and presenting with internal teams as well in client-facing presentations.
