Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager to join our team and elevate our clients’ multimedia marketing visibility campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute digital media strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Create and manage ad serving tags using Campaign Manager 360 (formerly known as DCM).
  • Generate detailed performance and metrics reports, including analyzing findings and insights.
  • Build, Maintain, and utilize dashboards to analyze and provide insights on front-end and back-end metrics.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring and optimization of digital campaigns.
  • Track campaign materials and placements according to ordered schedules.
  • Maintain screenshots & proofs of performance for digital campaigns.
  • Serve as an agency resource to both internal and external teams, providing digital expertise and support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client distinctions and anticipate their unique needs.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience specializing in digital advertising, preferably in an agency setting.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital advertising, including programmatic.
  • Strong interest and experience in B2B advertising.
  • Proficiency in data mapping and dashboard programs like Improvado, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, Teams) Google Sheets, and Adobe Analytics. Excel expertise is required.
  • Experience using Campaign Manager 360 (formerly known as DCM).
  • Knowledge of traditional media and benchmarking methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated and committed to career growth within our organization.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. 
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines.
  • Required to be in the office 4 days per week.
  • Reports to Digital Media Director.
