We are looking for an experienced Digital Measurement and Analytics Manager in support of our paid media team and to build out our data and measurement offering.
The Role
The Digital Measurement and Analytics Manager works closely with the Paid Media and wider digital team to set up and maintain effective campaign measurement and reporting, across platforms including:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
The purpose of the Digital Measurement and Analytics Managers job is to ensure that clients and colleagues can accurately draw clean measurement data from the aforementioned marketing platforms.
You will lead measurement initiatives with Paid and Organic marketing channels and translate the team's requirements into tracking plans. This will be achieved through the deployment of data collection strategies and the implementation of tagging solutions through tag management tools like GTM, website plugins and custom scripts.
You will take the lead on measurement projects, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive client success.
Accuracy is important for us, and as a result you will have a keen eye for detail and rigorous testing processes.
It will be your responsibility to audit, setup and maintain tracking integrations for our clients, and work with the channel specialists to stay on top of changing tracking landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert on digital measurement and analysis
- Accountable for implementing and managing GA4 accounts for our existing and new clients
- Work with the performance marketing teams to ensure accurate measurement across our clients marketing platforms including handling privacy changes and data measurement loss
- Keep up-to-date on new GA4 and marketing platform tracking developments and bring testing opportunities to the performance marketing team
- Work with the performance marketing team to define tracking specifications and requirements for each client
- Work with external developers where required to ensure that tracking and measurement requirements are communicated and implemented
- Responsible for ensuring that tracking tags adhere to consent settings
- Provide guidance to clients on consent mode requirements and cookie settings
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with ad-hoc requests for urgent tracking fixes
- Maintain robust setup checklists
- Maintain robust testing tracking sheets
- Creation of performance/data analysis reports via LookerStudio
- Lead meetings with clients to discuss their tracking requirements and translate these requirements into tracking plans
- Visualise, communicate and interpret data in a logical and clear way
Requirements
- You will have at least 3 years experience in measurement and analytics
- You will be able to audit and complete setups of Google Analytics 4 accounts
- You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record for successful tracking integrations for both lead generation and eCommerce via Google Tag Manager
- You will be experienced in consent mode integrations and setup
- You will have a working understanding of the key marketing platforms - Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- You will be familiar with server-side tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and extract insights from large and complex datasets
- You will have experience in building reporting dashboards via LookerStudio to present data in a clear and concise manner using charts, graphs, and other visual aids.
- Ability to clearly and confidently communicate findings, recommendations and requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will join our award-winning team in a hybrid capacity, with in office time based in our office in Leicester. You will be required to attend the office once per month for our company day at minimum. As a team we currently meet in the office 2-4 times per month, and everyone is encouraged to join where possible.
