The Opportunity

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to drive the optimisation of paid media performance across a multi-brand, multi-market environment. Managing £12–13 million in annual spend across 25+ countries and 4+ major channels, you will be responsible for maximising ROI, resolving inefficiencies, and supporting growth across a portfolio of premium travel and lifestyle brands.


You will analyse spend and channel performance, allocate budgets intelligently, and create performance forecasts to drive strategic decision-making. A particular focus will be on Paid Search, where you’ll need to navigate competitive bidding landscapes, define keyword-level bid strategies, and forecast seasonal shifts in demand and conversion.


This is a highly commercial, analytical role that demands strong communication skills and the ability to influence marketing, finance, and leadership teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media strategy and execution across multiple brands and international markets.
  • Manage and optimise £12–13 million in paid media budgets across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Influencer channels.
  • Resolve inefficiencies between brands (e.g., internal competition in paid search auctions).
  • Build and implement intelligent bidding strategies at the keyword level across brands and channels.
  • Forecast seasonal performance and model future spend scenarios to drive commercial planning.
  • Monitor and report on channel effectiveness, ensuring budgets are allocated to maximise ROI and revenue growth.
  • Act as the go-between across marketing, finance, and leadership teams, presenting clear data-backed recommendations.
  • Analyse and visualise campaign data using Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Ensure marketing investment is connected to business outcomes, influencing future growth strategies.


Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Paid Search roles within an agency or brand.
  • Deep expertise in Paid Search (PPC) across multiple brands or markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen — ability to link marketing investment to revenue outcomes.
  • Highly analytical, with advanced skills in Excel, data modeling, and forecasting.
  • Experience using SQL scripts and visualising data in Tableau or similar tools.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-brand, high-growth environments preferred (agency backgrounds welcome).
  • Confident building spreadsheets, conducting complex analysis, and simplifying data for business audiences.
