Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at B&C Consulting/bFlash. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. 

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Optimize website content for SEO and conversion
  • Manage the company's email marketing strategy and tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Work with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency across campaigns


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot)
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus
