Position Summary
Quest International is seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in email automation, CRM marketing workflows, digital advertising, and emerging AI tools. This role will play a key part in enhancing our digital marketing strategy, optimizing customer engagement through CRM systems, and leveraging AI-driven tools to drive marketing innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage email automation campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Maintain, update, and optimize CRM marketing workflows, ensuring data accuracy and improving automation processes.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns to drive inbound leads and brand awareness.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing content and streamline campaign management.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable reports to improve future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI advancements, and CRM best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including email automation and paid media campaigns.
- Proven experience with email automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage marketing workflows.
- Strong proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to support marketing initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, CRM administration, or AI applications (optional but valued).
