Digital Marketing Specialist

BESA Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing our digital marketing campaigns, optimizing website performance, and producing engaging content that attracts and converts our target audience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in email marketing, social media management, campaign management, SEO, Google Analytics, as well as other channels to increase awareness about BESA Group, brand, and services, with a strong work ethic, the ability to excel under pressure, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

•Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing is a plus

Experience:

•2 to 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist

•Proven experience in email marketing, campaign management, SEO, and Google Analytics.

•Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Creative thinking and design skills are a plus.

•A strong work ethic and dedication to achieving results.

•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
