PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Digital Marketing Software Developer, that will be tasked with developing software solutions to bolster our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of advanced programming skills and a creative mindset to design, implement, and evaluate software that enhances our online presence and customer engagement. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

YOU WILL:

• Develop and implement software solutions tailored to our digital marketing needs.
• Design and code landing pages, microsites, and other digital marketing materials, prioritizing optimal user experience and conversion rates.
• Develop and refine software for email marketing campaigns, including automated responses and personalized content.
• Create integrations between various marketing platforms to enhance data collection and campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing or multivariate testing to optimize website and campaign performance.
• Use web analytics tools to monitor and evaluate our digital footprint and make necessary software adjustments as required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their needs and deliver software solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in digital marketing and development.
  
  
  

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from a properly accredited college or university; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal and team skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
• Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep up with the administrative requirements of the position.
• Possess an intermediate level of computer literacy of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel).
• Proficiency in relevant web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and others.
• Experience with various marketing platforms and tools, particularly Segment.io, Customer.io, and Google Marketing Platforms, including their APIs is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with User Experience (UX) design principles is a plus.
