About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Operations Manager to lead and inspire a cross-functional team within a dynamic digital marketing agency. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence and creative alignment across digital marketing, influencer marketing, and creative teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing processes, project management, and cross-cultural collaboration—especially with stakeholders from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and guide a team of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and creative professionals. Promote a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Strategic Direction & Vision: Define the direction and vision for campaigns and projects, aligning them with client goals, brand identity, and audience insights. Requiring digital marketing knowledge such as SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Paid Ads.
  • Creative Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital and design strategies that elevate brand presence, drive client success, and foster innovation.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign and project lifecycles—from ideation to execution—ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and top-tier quality standards.
  • Resource Planning: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including budgets, tools, and team capacity, to support seamless project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on digital trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to keep creative and strategic output ahead of the curve.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Understand project requirements clearly and communicate effectively with regional stakeholders, addressing feedback and aligning expectations.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify opportunities for growth and development within the team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a digital marketing agency, with a strong understanding of agency workflows and client management.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, creative processes, and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory for communication with stakeholders from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading creative projects from start to finish.
