About the Role

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with deep domain knowledge in performance

marketing, SEO, and CRM/marketing automation. This role is critical to our growth engine, driving

customer acquisition through paid and organic channels across international markets. You'll be part

of a high-impact, collaborative marketing team, playing a key role in shaping and executing our

B2C user acquisition strategy (and eventually contributing to B2B growth).


What You'll Do:

- Lead performance marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other

paid platforms to drive efficient acquisition.

- Own and execute the SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to grow high-intent

organic traffic.

- Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation workflows to increase conversion and

retention.

- Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4 and attribution tools to constantly test, learn, and iterate.

- Work closely with the design team to create brilliant, design-first campaigns.

- Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across channels to support user acquisition

and funnel growth.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and design teams to align messaging and

funnel experience.

- Ensure execution excellence across diverse international markets and languages, with an eye on

local nuances and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in fast-scaling B2C startups.

- Proven track record of owning and optimizing paid acquisition and SEO channels.

- Experience working with global campaigns across multiple geographies and time zones.

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and marketing

automation tools.

- Analytical mindset with comfort in building dashboards, measuring KPIs, and making data-driven

decisions.

- Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative working style.

- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR for a hybrid working setup.
