Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and strategically minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our digital growth initiatives in collaboration with specialist agencies and internal teams. This role is central to driving lead generation, brand visibility, and campaign performance for our B2B consulting services. This role will own the strategy, coordination, and performance oversight of digital efforts across SEO, paid media, social platforms, email, and web assets. You must be comfortable working with data, guiding agency partners, and aligning marketing efforts with business goals. A strong grasp of digital marketing concepts and excellent communication skills are essential to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
o Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
o Identify and prioritize channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, content, email, etc.) to support lead generation and brand-building efforts.
o Prepare campaign briefs and work with agencies to translate them into performance-driven initiatives.
2. Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
o Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external digital marketing partners.
o Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, deliverables, and reporting with minimal supervision.
o Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all campaigns and digital platforms.
3. Campaign Management & Execution
o Oversee SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and paid social media activities.
o Planning and promotion of branded content on YouTube and other platforms.
o Proactively engage with followers, industry groups, and prospects to boost reach and interaction.
o Publish content as per content calendar for social media platforms.
4. Website & Content Support
o Manage website updates in coordination with web developers.
o Ensure on-page SEO, proper landing page structure, and lead capture functionality are in place.
o Support content creation efforts with clear briefs, brand guidelines, and performance feedback.
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
o Review reports from tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Search Console, and SEMrush to track campaign KPIs.
o Analyze traffic sources, engagement, lead flow, and conversion metrics to assess effectiveness.
o Recommend campaign optimizations based on data and business feedback.
Key Skills & Other Traits:
o Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and digital channel performance.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proven ability to manage agency relationships and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects.
o Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, WordPress, basic analytics tools, and performance marketing.
o Familiarity with Canva, Excel, PowerPoint and various social media platforms.
o Organized, analytical, and outcome-focused with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
