Summary

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

Timings: 11:30am to 8:30pm (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content marketing.

- Team Management: Work with (and manage) social media managers, ad specialists, designers, and content creators. Step in when needed.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to management. Must be comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel-based reporting.

- Campaign Management: Oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and content strategies to increase lead conversion.

- Growth Hacking: Experiment with new growth strategies, automation, and AI-driven marketing tools.

- Budgeting & ROI Management: Plan marketing budgets, optimize spends, and ensure maximum returns on investments.

- Crisis Management: Handle marketing operations independently if a team member is unavailableyour ability to execute matters.


Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.

- Strong analytical mindset you should love data, spreadsheets, and numbers.

- Prior experience managing paid ad campaigns, SEO, and content strategies.

- Ability to manage and guide external agencies, freelancers, and internal teams.

- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar tools.

- Exceptional organizational skills structured, process-driven, and detail-oriented.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to own reporting and decision-making.
