Creative Antenna, a mobile value-added services company founded in 2013, is launching a bold new venture in the pet products e-commerce space. We're building a brand that pet parents will love—and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growth efforts from the ground up.

About the Role

We’re seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a startup mindset. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy—from awareness to conversion—across digital channels. This is an opportunity to build a pet-focused D2C brand with the support of an experienced founding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid media (Meta, Google, etc.), SEO, email marketing, and affiliate channels
• Build customer acquisition funnels and drive CAC/LTV optimization
• Own marketing analytics and performance metrics
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Test and scale what works—fast

What We’re Looking For:

Experience scaling startups or early-stage D2C brands through digital marketing

Deep knowledge of digital platforms, performance marketing, and attribution

Data-driven approach with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.

Strong execution ability with a growth-hacking mindset

Bonus: Prior exposure to the pet industry or genuine love for pets 🐶🐱
