1. Alyf: Specializing in building and selling second homes, helping customers invest in luxury and leisure properties.
2. StayAlyf: Focused on property management and maximizing rental revenue for homeowners through short-term rental solutions and optimized occupancy strategies.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital presence while driving measurable growth across both brands.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Management
* Manage and enhance the digital presence of both Alyf and StayAlyf.
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored for lead generation and brand awareness.
Lead Generation via SEM and SEO
* Drive lead generation for Alyf and StayAlyf through strategic SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) campaigns.
* Conduct keyword research, optimize ad performance, and ensure ROI-focused results.
* Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for both brands to improve organic visibility and traffic.
OTA Listing Optimization (for StayAlyf)
* Manage and optimize Online Travel Agency (OTA) listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and others.
* Ensure listings are visually appealing, keyword-optimized, and competitive in search rankings.
Competitor Analysis & Pricing Strategies
* Conduct in-depth competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for StayAlyf.
* Provide actionable insights to improve occupancy and rental revenue.
* Regularly update pricing for StayAlyf properties to remain competitive in the short-term rental market.
Collaboration & Reporting
* Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
* Analyze performance metrics across all channels and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and OTA management, preferably in real estate or hospitality sectors.
Skills:
* Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
* Expertise in managing OTA platforms and dynamic pricing tools.
* Ability to conduct competitor analysis and derive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Bonus: Familiarity with real estate marketing or property management solutions.
