Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and drive our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to execute result-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers to execute marketing plans effectively.
- Monitor website traffic, analyze data, and report key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and insights to improve ROI and drive continuous campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless user experience across all digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets while ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Handle client interactions and ensure their digital marketing needs are met effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling B2B and B2C marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
