Summary

This individual will be responsible for managing online campaign, monitor and controlling online Ads (META/Google) and ROI, conduct A/B testing ads, develop solution and strategies to maximize the target. Skill needed:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Management Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Customer Understanding Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience, their needs, and preferences
  • Create customer personas to tailor marketing strategies effectively
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure customer-centric messaging and campaigns
  • Website Analysis: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Glassbox) to assess website performance and user behavior
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results for data-driven decisions
  • Root Cause Analysis Investigate underperforming campaigns or website issues by conducting root cause analysis
  • Develop solutions and strategies to address identified issues. Continuously improve and optimize digital marketing efforts based on beneficial outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, Brand partners, vendors, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with rand collaboration and stakeholder management as key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager position
  • Customize it further as needed to suit your company's specific requirements


Requirements:


  • Proven working experience in digital marketing minimum 3 years experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture similar tools)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
