We are looking to recruit for the role of Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible in paid marketing initiatives including the optimization effort, integration of marketing technology needed to improve the measurement of digital marketing initiatives and delivering insights on what works and what doesn’t work on digital marketing initiatives done.
Responsibilities:
Own and perform end-to-end campaign set up, measurement, and optimization across channels (social media, search, etc)
Measure and analyse effectiveness of campaigns and decide actionable next steps
Develop and manage testing agenda, analyse results and incorporate insights into the next campaigns
Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
Research and propose solutions to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
Establish workflow and setup tools needed for the team success
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience in social media or other digital marketing roles
In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising, placement networks, conversion events & attributions etc.
Data crunching for analysis - Excel, Google Sheets or any other relevant analytics/dashboard tools
Good sense of what great creative looks like for campaigns
Exposure or experience in Banks/ Fintech vertical will be a strong advantage
Having growth mindset and strong intellectual curiosity
