In this hybrid role, you’ll support our client’s marketing team by maintaining website content, creating compelling digital copy, and executing campaign tasks that keep their digital channels running smoothly.


As part of our Marketing Support Services division in the BPO space, this position plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables that meet client expectations and help drive business performance.



About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager (client-side) and coordinated internally by the Creative Services Manager, the Digital Marketing & Copywriting Assistant will serve as a key support role for our client’s in-house marketing team. You’ll contribute to content production, campaign reporting, SEO-driven writing, and administrative support across multiple projects.


Key Responsibilities

Digital & Website Support

  • Assist in creating and managing web pages across brand websites (e.g., WordPress CMS)
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure live pages meet formatting, brand, and content standards
  • Coordinate image selection, optimization, and upload to enhance digital content
  • Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Research and write SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, product descriptions, etc.
  • Draft engaging copy for EDMs, social posts, and paid digital ads
  • Support content creation for non-digital channels (press releases, advertorials) as needed
  • Proofread and edit content to maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand voice

Marketing Coordination & Admin Support

  • Help prepare marketing reports, media schedules, and campaign recaps
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (both internal and client-side) to track deliverables and deadlines
  • Support the execution of contests, email campaigns, and social promotions
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the digital and creative teams



What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing support or copywriting (experience in BPO, agency, or client-service environment preferred)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with confidence across digital and traditional formats
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, web CMS tools (WordPress), and analytics platforms
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage tasks across multiple client campaigns
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across global time zones and virtual teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic image tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop a plus)
  • A degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a similar field is highly regarded
