Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute full-scale digital strategies. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong background in social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and team management. This role requires someone who can take ownership of digital initiatives and deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
• Oversee SEO (on-page/off-page), PPC, SEM, and paid SMM campaigns.
• Optimize and manage paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Ads & Bing.
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure spending aligns with projections.
• Plan, create, and optimize landing pages and marketing content.
• Drive email & SMS marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.
• Collaborate with tech/web teams for SEO implementation, API integrations, and backend coordination.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
• Stay updated with latest marketing tools, trends, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Strong experience in paid SMM tools and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Working knowledge of email/SMS platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo) is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn insights into action.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in handling website servers, PHP integrations, and web optimization tools.
• Background in performance marketing or lead generation campaigns.
