Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Manager – Digital Marketing with 3–5 years of experience in the lifestyle segment. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing strategy, content planning, performance marketing, social media, and brand building across digital platforms. A passion for lifestyle trends and consumer engagement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and grow presence across digital channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing, and paid media.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee content planning and execution tailored for lifestyle audiences across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and digital partners to amplify brand reach.
  • Track KPIs, generate insights, and present regular reports to management with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations relevant to the lifestyle domain.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or wellness sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA or digital marketing certification is a plus).
