Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – E-Commerce

About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce performance marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing high-conversion strategies across digital channels to drive traffic, boost sales, and elevate our brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced D2C environment, blends analytical thinking with creative execution, and is passionate about scaling meaningful brands.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
● Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and controlled CAC.
● Re-target using omni-channel automation flows across Paid Ads, Email, WhatsApp, and SMS — covering abandoned carts, retention, promotions, and new product drops.
● Collaborate with creative teams to deliver scroll-stopping ad creatives and conversion-optimized landing pages.
● Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, Meta Business Manager, and dashboards to drive iterative improvements.
● Be highly proficient in interpreting and optimizing key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, LTV, CAC, and ROAS.
● Strong ability to strategize and run vernacular language ad campaigns to effectively target regional audiences.
● Oversee the performance and content strategy for our Shopify storefront — ensure it’s optimized for user experience and conversions.
● Expert knowledge in AI-driven marketing tools for automation, personalization, and performance optimization.
● Coordinate with sales, content, design, and customer support teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
● Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
● Immerse in the brand’s values and voice to ensure campaigns are emotionally resonant and brand-aligned.
Required Skills & Experience:
● 4+ years of experience in digital marketing for e-commerce or D2C brands.
● Proven expertise in performance marketing, paid media, and customer retention.
● Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, Brevo, PushOwl, and marketing analytics tools.
● Excellent understanding of customer journeys, funnels, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
● Strong communication and presentation skills — both creative and analytical.
