Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Coimbatore at Realiti.io. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategy, web analytics, and overall digital marketing activities to promote the platform and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Handle a daily budget of 1-2 lakhs for 3-4 clients.
• Develop and implement B2C-focused digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant B2C channels.
• Proven expertise in running successful digital campaigns in various industries.
• Solid understanding of consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies.
• Build and manage the digital content calendar, aligning with product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer journeys.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hotjar).
• Perform regular competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead in consumer trends and preferences.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
