About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media and content direction. You’ll own the full content calendar, define what gets posted and when, and help shape a unified brand voice across all platforms. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, moves fast, and loves owning their craft from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute our social media and content strategy across multiple platforms
Plan and schedule engaging posts and marketing campaigns
Set the creative direction and tone for all external communication
Manage our bi-weekly podcast: define agendas, coordinate with guests, and oversee logistics
Collaborate with other departments to align messaging and brand tone
Leverage tools like ChatGPT to generate and refine content ideas
Review and proof all public-facing content for quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
Strong design sense and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Fluent in English, with excellent writing and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several projects at once
Familiarity with Slack and Google Workspace for team collaboration
Creative mindset with a clear understanding of branding and audience engagement
Nice to Have
Experience hosting or producing podcasts
Background in the food service or packaging industries
