🌟 Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns: SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (organic & paid), display advertising, and more.

2. Channel & Campaign Management

  • Build and manage the brand's presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Execute and optimize PPC/SEM campaigns with a focus on conversions and ROI.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

3. Content & Website Management

  • Work with internal teams and external creators to produce blog articles, videos, infographics, and landing pages.
  • Maintain and optimize the company website for an exceptional user experience and conversion performance.
  • Monitor website and campaign analytics to inform future strategies.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure, report, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities.
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for continuous improvement.

5. Budget & Innovation

  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively across all channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with departments such as Brand Marketing, Product Development, Business Development, and Customer Service.
  • Manage external agencies or freelancers when required.


✅ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (experience in pet care or related industries is an advantage).
  • Skilled in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and using analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and design instincts.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
