About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing & Branding Lead who can take ownership of our company’s digital presence and brand positioning while also leading branding and marketing efforts for clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities.
You will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, while ensuring consistent and impactful branding across all touchpoints. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and lead a marketing team to deliver measurable growth, increased visibility, and strong brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content, email marketing, and automation).
· Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
· Lead data-driven performance marketing initiatives focused on ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversion optimization.
· Implement effective funnel strategies to drive lead generation and nurture prospects through CRM and email automation tools.
2. Branding & Positioning
· Own the brand strategy for both internal and client brands, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity.
· Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure all marketing assets reflect brand positioning.
· Elevate brand storytelling through innovative campaigns, digital assets, and customer experience enhancements.
· Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to refine branding approaches.
3. Team & Project Management
· Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team (SEO/SEM specialists, content creators, designers, and social media managers).
· Define KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews and feedback.
· Manage external vendors, freelancers, or agencies when required.
4. Analytics & Reporting
· Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics (including GA4), social insights, and custom dashboards.
· Use insights to continually improve campaigns and optimize marketing ROI.
· Create monthly performance reports and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
5. Website & UX
· Oversee company and client websites (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) with a focus on UI/UX, SEO, CRO, and performance.
· Collaborate with development teams to build and maintain high-conversion landing pages.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
· 7–10 years of proven experience in digital marketing and branding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
· Deep understanding of brand strategy, identity design, and storytelling across digital platforms.
· Experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva, and others.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Strong project management abilities, with experience handling multiple brands or client accounts.
· Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and Shopify/WordPress CMS is a plus.
· Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta advertising are a bonus.
