🧠 About the Role

Scalezix is looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support the execution of marketing campaigns across platforms. You’ll work closely on everything from paid ads and influencer marketing to content creation, social media, and automation. If you’re hungry to learn and want to gain hands-on experience in the real digital world, this role is for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🎯 Performance Marketing

• Set up and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Amazon Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS using Analytics & Ad Managers
• Assist with product listings and updates across Shopify, Flipkart & Amazon

🤖 Automation & Retention

• Set up WhatsApp automation flows using Aisensy
• Support email campaigns (abandoned cart, post-purchase, promos) using tools like Klaviyo
• Track engagement, open rates, and conversions

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Influencer Marketing

• Identify relevant influencers for product and brand promotions
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and content collection
• Track and report on influencer performance

📱 Social Media Management

• Plan and maintain a consistent social media calendar (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Design daily posts, reels thumbnails, carousels using Canva
• Edit short-form videos using tools like VN Editor or CapCut
• Write captions, hashtags, and engage with the online community

✍️ Content Creation

• Write blog posts related to the brand, products, and industry trends
• Repurpose blogs into visual content — reels, posts, carousels, etc.
• Research trends and hooks for social and ad content

📊 Calendar & Reporting

• Maintain a structured monthly content + ad calendar
• Create weekly performance reports using Google Sheets
• Stay updated with competitor trends, industry benchmarks & digital best practices

🛠 Tools You’ll Work With

• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Flipkart Ads, Amazon Ads
• Shopify Admin, Google Analytics
• Aisensy, Klaviyo (or similar email platforms)
• Canva Pro, VN Editor, CapCut
• Google Sheets, Docs
• Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Passion for digital marketing & content creation
• Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads, Shopify, Canva, and short-form video tools
• Good writing and communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Self-motivated, curious, and open to learning new tools & trends
• Previous internship/project experience is a plus but not mandatory
