Profile- Digital Marketing Executive

Experience- 2 years

Ctc- upto 5 lpa (depends on interview)

Location: Baner, Pune


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s /Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, remarketing) with ROI tracking.

SEO/SEM:

  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) – both on-page and off-page.
  • Run and manage Google Ads / Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Monitor rankings, backlinks, domain authority, and site speed performance.

Content & Social Media:

  • Develop and manage content strategies for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, videos, and stories for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the design and writing teams to generate creatives and marketing content.

Website & Analytics:

  • Maintain and update company website (preferably on WordPress).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc. to track user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, such as traffic, leads, conversion rate, CPC, and engagement.

Coordination:

  • Work closely with Sales, Design, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Support in lead generation for specific services such as STP/ETP solutions, AMCs, or industrial services.

Key Skills:

  • Digital Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp/Zoho
  • SEO/SEM techniques and keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush preferred)
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (optional but a plus)
  • CRM & marketing automation basics
  • Data-driven mindset and performance-oriented approach
