Do you know how to make ads work - not just run?

We’re looking for a sharp Digital Executive with 2+ years of experience who can:

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Optimize performance based on data, not guesswork
• Understand audience behaviour and tweak creatives accordingly
• Collaborate with content and design teams for cohesive campaign execution
• Track, analyse and report key metrics to improve ROI

✔️ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with paid ads

✔️ Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

✔️ Ability to read and interpret performance data

✔️ Experience with A/B testing and budget allocation

✔️ Strategic thinking with execution-level obsession

➕ Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools

➕ Understanding of SEO/organic strategies
